This update brings new DM formats, advanced personalization options, and upgraded targeting logic. AutoDM now understands your audience better and sends messages that feel tailored, timely, and way more engaging, turning everyday DMs into higher-converting conversations.
Multiple Instagram Accounts in AutoDM

You can now connect up to 5 Instagram accounts to AutoDM. Manage automations, messages, and audiences across all your accounts from a single dashboard.
👉 Go to AutoDM → Settings → Add account to set it up.
Free plan users can access this by upgrading to the Creator plan.
Double Your Growth: Emails + Follows!

You can now enable Follow Check and Email Collect in the same automation. This allows you to collect emails while also encouraging users to follow your account, helping you grow your community more efficiently.
Toggle both options inside your automation settings to get started.
Four Unique DM Types: Text, Image, Card, and Voice messages

You can now choose from four exciting formats when sending DMs:

🎙️ Voice Message
These new formats give you more flexibility to drive action, share visuals, or add a personal touch.

Make Every DM Personal with Dynamic Variables

You can now personalize any DM using dynamic variables such as name, email, or follower count. This makes every message feel more relevant and 1:1.
👉 Add <name>, <email>, or <follower_count> to any primary or follow-up DM to use this feature.
Customize Your Conversation Starter DM in Any Language

You can now fully customize your Conversation Starter DM in any language. This makes your first message feel more natural, contextual, and local to each audience.
Whenever a conversation starter is triggered, you can edit the content to match your tone and style.
Smarter Follow-Ups: Reach Out to Purchasers

You can now send targeted follow-ups to users who’ve purchased your products. This helps you re-engage buyers, offer support, or share exclusive offers at the right moment.
Select “If product has been purchased” when setting up a follow-up step to use this feature.
